French language courses in Strasbourg with Institut Stralang
Professional pastry training at Tours Langues’ training center in Tours

The program includes:
General French courses
Professional French pastry training
Preparation for the CAP Pâtissier diploma
Internships in pastry companies
Exclusive masterclasses with renowned chefs, including Angelo Musa
A double cultural immersion experience between Strasbourg and Tours

Program A — 13 months
Program B — 18 months
